Lecture by Ben Hayes and Theo Games Petrohilos on designing for people
An open lecture in the series of our summer lectures of the ‘Project’ project (ПРОЕКТ, http://theprjct.tilda.ws/), which we do for students. Our friend Ben Hayes from Bartlett UCL with his partner at their London bureau «Unknown Works» Theo Games Petrohilos talks on their work in London for China, Mongolia and other countries and why it’s important to be open to the world.
«We are working on a series of self initiated projects that seek to uncover the impacts of the Densification of Cities — revealing the urban condition in a new format — some built works and others in process. The projects are sited across three continents and have been explored through the design of small structures, pavilions and pop up spaces that we have programmed with film screenings, exhibitions, performances, talks and panel discussions.»
